Celebrating a Half-Century of Sporty Elegance

To mark the 50th anniversary of the Patek Philippe Nautilus, Patek Philippe unveiled four new models from its iconic sporty-elegant collection during Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026.

Introduced in 1976, the Patek Philippe Nautilus redefined luxury watchmaking with its distinctive octagonal bezel featuring softened corners, integrated bracelet, and steel construction. Inspired by a ship’s porthole, the innovative water-resistant case combined technical ingenuity with refined elegance, while the embossed dial and alternating polished and satin-brushed finishes established the Nautilus as a timeless expression of sporty sophistication.

Two new versions of the Nautilus were unveiled in 41 mm white gold cases, distinguished by a display dedicated to hours and minutes. Their ultra-slim 6.9 mm profile highlights the elegance of the design, while the sunburst dial adds a subtle radiance.

Reference 5810/1G-001 features a white gold bracelet with baton-style hour markers and luminescent white gold hands, while Reference 5810G-001, paired with a composite strap, is enhanced with baguette-cut diamond hour markers. Both anniversary models are powered by the emblematic ultra-thin self-winding Caliber 240, featuring a 22K gold mini-rotor engraved with the inscription “50 1976–2026”.

Nautilus Reference 5610/1P-001

Reference 5610/1P-001 marks the return of the medium-sized Patek Philippe Nautilus, echoing the proportions of iconic references introduced in the 1980s and 2000s. The timepiece features an ultra-thin platinum case set with a diamond on the hinge at 9 o’clock for the first time. It is paired with a sunburst blue dial adorned with the signature horizontally embossed pattern, enhanced by applied white gold hour markers and rounded baton-style hands with a white luminescent coating. Powering the watch is the ultra-thin self-winding Caliber 240, distinguished by refined hand-finishing and a 22K gold mini-rotor engraved with the inscription “50 1976–2026.”

Nautilus Desk Watch Reference 958G-001

A striking white gold Nautilus desk clock with an 8-day power reserve and instantaneous calendar makes its debut for the first time. The iconic Nautilus design retains its bold octagonal bezel with rounded corners and porthole-inspired case, elevated by contrasting polished and satin-brushed finishes. The blue sunburst dial, embossed with the collection’s signature horizontal motif, is accented by white gold hour markers set with baguette-cut diamonds and matching luminescent hands. Alongside the hours and minutes, the caliber displays an instantaneous date by hand, an instantaneous day aperture, and small seconds at 6 o’clock.

On the back, a hinged cover beneath a sapphire crystal reveals a blue sunburst decoration with horizontal embossing and a satin-brushed white gold Calatrava cross. Engraved with “50th Anniversary Nautilus 1976–2026 Patek Philippe,” the caseback also offers a view of the manually wound caliber 31-505 8J PS IRM CI J, first introduced in 2025.
