At Watches and Wonders Geneva 2026, Patek Philippe presents a refined selection of Calatrava and Golden Ellipse timepieces combining timeless style with technical mastery.
Calatrava Ref. 5227G-015
A true expression of timeless elegance, the Calatrava collection welcomes a new interpretation of Ref. 5227 designed to appeal to purists. The Ref. 5227G-015 pairs a fully polished 39 mm white gold case with a concave bezel and hollowed, incurved lugs. Its rose-gilt opaline dial is enhanced by applied obus-style hour markers and faceted dauphine hands in charcoal-gray white gold.
Completing the refined design is the signature Officer-style case construction, featuring a sapphire-crystal case back protected by an invisibly hinged dust cover. The watch is powered by the self-winding Caliber 26-330 S C, with a date display in an aperture and a central second’s hand. An alligator leather strap in shiny chocolate brown, fitted with a white gold prong buckle, adds the final elegant touch.

Ladies’ Calatrava Ref. 7200/50G-001 and Ref. 7200/50G-012
Patek Philippe presents two solar-inspired interpretations of its Calatrava for women through Ref. 7200/50G-001 and Ref. 7200/50G-012. Each model features a 34.6 mm white gold Officer-style case, paired either with a sand-beige sunburst dial and matching strap, or an ice-blue sunburst dial with a coordinating strap in the same tone. At the heart of both timepieces is the ultra-thin Caliber 240 self-winding movement with an off-center 22K gold mini-rotor, enabling the exceptionally slim 7.37 mm case profile. The understated palette and refined detailing reinforce the timeless elegance of the Calatrava collection.

Golden Ellipse Ref. 5738G-001 and Ref. 3738G/100G-014
Two new variations enrich the Golden Ellipse collection: Ref. 5738G-001 in Jumbo size (34.50 × 39.50 mm) and the return of Ref. 3738G/100G-014 in Medium size (31.1 × 35.6 mm). Both models feature a white gold case and an olive-green sunburst dial, underscoring the collection’s signature harmony of proportion and color.
Defined by the Golden Ellipse’s iconic golden ratio proportions since its introduction in 1968 and evolution in the 1970s, these new timepieces blend minimalist elegance with contemporary refinement. White gold baton-type hour markers and slender cheveux-style hands preserve the collection’s distinctive aesthetic language.
The olive-green calfskin straps, finished with cream stitching and secured by white gold prong buckles, further enhance the elegant flow of the design. Powered by the ultra-thin Caliber 240 self-winding movement with a 22K gold mini-rotor, the watches achieve an exceptionally slim 5.99 mm profile, making them among the thinnest creations in Patek Philippe’s current collection.
